A transformational social competition series
The Series
The Social Triathlon is a transformational competition series where twelve participants step into an immersive experience designed to refine how they traverse through different phases and challenges.
Across three distinct disciplines—ballroom, etiquette, and polo— each participant is guided through a structured progression that develops confidence, composure, and presence.
This is not about performance alone. It is about transformation that is seen, felt, and carried into every environment-from first impressions to lasting impact.
Each episode captures the evolution of the individual, revealing not only skill, but the subtle shifts that define true refinement.
The result is a series that is both visually compelling and deeply authentic-where growth unfolds in real time, and transformation becomes unmistakable.
Twelve participants enter The Social Triathlon, each beginning with varying levels of experience but a shared desire for personal refinement and growth.
Across the series, contestants move through three disciplines—ballroom, etiquette, and polo—each introduced and developed in structured phases that build upon one another.
Training begins in a group setting, where foundational skills are established and challenges are introduced. Participants then receive individualized coaching, allowing for personal breakthroughs and visible progress before returning to group performance.
Each phase culminates in a social or performance-based challenge, where participants apply what they have learned in increasingly elevated environments.
As the series progresses, expectations rise, environments become more refined, and transformation becomes more apparent—not only in skill, but in presence, awareness, and confidence.
The series concludes with a formal gala event, where each participant steps fully into the world they have been preparing for—revealing the complete transformation.
The Format

and refined.

Presence leaves an impression
Purpose directs their path.
What begins as instruction becomes instinct—
and what once required effort becomes effortless.

Why This Show / Why Now
In a world where social interaction has become increasingly
uncertain, there is a growing desire to reconnect with
confidence, composure, and genuine human connection.
Many people feel unprepared in environments that once felt
natural—unsure of how to enter a room, engage in conversation, or carry themselves with ease.
At the same time, there is a renewed appreciation for
refinement—not as formality, but as a way of feeling
comfortable and assured in any setting.
The Social Triathlon meets this moment by offering more than instruction. It offers transformation that is visible
and relatable.
This is not about returning to the past.
It is about redefining confidence for the present.
Host / Your Role
The Social Triathlon is guided by a host whose expertise is rooted in both discipline and refinement—bringing together the worlds of ballroom dance, etiquette, and polo through a lifetime of experience.
With a background as a professional ballroom dancer and instructor, combined with formal training in etiquette and years within the equestrian world, the host offers a rare and integrated perspective on personal transformation.
More than instruction, the role of the host is to guide participants through the subtle shift from learning skills… to embodying them.
Throughout the series, the host provides structure, insight, and individualized coaching—helping each participant navigate challenges, refine their presence, and step fully into their own sense of confidence and composure.
This is not about performance alone.
It is about who they become in the process.
